What is the best way to apply Go Nude Lip Pencil? Starting with a sharpened pencil tip, draw a line around the lips. For more impact and to make lips appear more voluminous, draw slightly outside of your natural lip line. Then blend with the brush located on the opposite end to soften the line or fill in with the pencil to use as an all over lip color.
